399 Edgware Road is the redevelopment of the former Oriental City shopping centre in Colindale, in North West London.

 

The seven acre site has been transformed into a new mixed-use landmark development providing 183 new apartments, townhouses, restaurants and shops along Edgware Road.

Comprising of five apartment blocks and a collection of double and single aspect townhouses.

Providing assistance with the preparation, submission and agreement of a final account due to an escalation in the value of the account with a significant change account.
