Providing Project Management, Commercial Support and a Contract Administrator role, we worked with Dalkia Bio Energy in the construction of their biomass processing facility in County Durham. Involved in both Phase 1 & 2, works included construction of the Energy Centre, process facilities and all associated ancillary buildings.

Due to the accelerated programme for operation our team kept track of a large volume of fully re-measureable works and variations, prior to snagging the facility and reviewing life cycle costings.
