Chelsea Construction Consultancy were employed to provide both project management and quantity surveying services for a sub-contractor working on the extraordinary feat of imagination, architecture and engineering, which during construction was Europe's most ambitious residential tower.

Manhattan Loft Gardens was a groundbreaking double cantilevered tower, offering expansive living spaces, three sky gardens, two restaurants and a hotel.
The 42 storey tower includes a 146 room hotel, with triple height lobby, restaurant and bar, plus an open piazza leading to the international station.
