Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF) has successfully achieved planning permission for a 33-storey mixed use tower at 70 Gracechurch Street in the City of London.
The three linked towers will contain 785,000 square foot of office space. There will be a public viewing gallery and amenity space on the 29th and 30th floors as well as market halls at ground floor level.
The towers are for Hong Kong developer Tenacity who were also successful in achieving planning last month for 55 Gracechurch Street, a design prepared by Fletcher Priest Architects. This 29-storey design can be found here: 55 Gracechurch Street Approved (chelseaconstructconsult.co.uk)
