A joint venture between U&I Group and Transport for London has been granted planning permission for Allies and Morrison's mixed use scheme at Landmark Court in Southwark, opposite Borough Market at London Bridge.
The development will include 215,000 square feet of workspace, 36 apartments, restaurants, shops and cafes.
The project will be constructed on land previously set aside for the Jubilee Line Extension in the late 1990's. Subject to successful tendering the project is likely to start later this year.
