The Mandarin Oriental Residences in Mayfair, London will be Mandarin Oriental’s second collection of Residences in London. An additional 80 Residences are under construction in Hanover Square and work to commence their fit out will shortly commence.
Designed by Rogers Stirk Harbour & Partners who have previously designed some of the World’s most iconic buildings, the Residences will be formed of North and South towers, connected by a glass core.
Danish architect and interior designer, Thomas Juul-Hansen’s interiors have been crafted to complement the architectural identity of the building. The natural light that floods in from the floor to ceiling windows, all fittings are bespoke, maximising the potential of the apartments, which will include folding panelled doors concealing the kitchens and a centrepiece of a stone kitchen island that flows into the dining area seating arrangement.
Pricing starts at £1.99m for studio apartments with 400 sq ft and ranges through one beds for £2.95m with 600 sq ft, two beds for £3.95m with 775 sq ft and up to three bedrooms with 1,340 sq ft for £5.96m. Penthouse pricing is available on application.
