One Bishopsgate Plaza - First high rise residential & hotel in City of London in many years

With construction progressing quickly, the One Bishopsgate Plaza scheme in the City of London will soon provide a Five Star Pan Pacific Hotel as well as Sky Residences. Designed by PLP Architecture the 43 storey tower has topped out and is now being fitted out.

At the lower levels of the building the Five Star Pan Pacific Hotel will provide Europe's first Pan Pacific, with interiors conceived by World renowned designers Yabu Pushelberg and MSMR Architects. The accommodation will set a new standard of quality for the successful hotel group and create a new destination within the City of London. Offering a ballroom, five levels of amenities for the residents to enjoy and a wide range of 237 rooms and suites the hotel will really set itself apart from its competition.

From level 21 upwards the 160 Sky Residences will offer unique views of some of London's most iconic landmarks, including the Shard, the Gherkin, Tower Bridge, the River Thames and the Tower of London as well as further afield to St. Paul's Cathedral and Canary Wharf.

There will be a collection of high specification one, two and three bedroom residences which are serviced by the Pan Pacific and will share the amenities below. In addition at level 20 there is a private lobby, with reception and concierge, lounge, bar, library and meeting rooms. In addition at level 33 there is an informal club room with big screen and pool table and on level 34 is an expanse of external terrace space.

At the base of the building the new public square will provide a destination for both Londoners and tourists alike.

The building at 150 Bishopsgate in the City of London is planned for completion in 2021.
