Construction continues at One Nine Elms which when complete will include River Tower a 43 storey Park Hyatt hotel with 109 residential apartments above and City Tower a 58 storey residential tower containing 382 new apartments.
Within the river tower, the five star Park Hyatt hotel will feature 187 rooms within the podium and up to level 18. Offering retail boutiques and two restaurants at ground level, a spa and pool at level 1, conference and meeting facilities plus a ballroom at level 2, terrace at level 4 and clubhouse at level 17. From level 20 and above there are a mix of 109 apartments and duplexes.
City tower contains a mix of 382 apartments, including 52 affordable apartments and 328 one, two 3 and 4 bedroom apartments plus 2 penthouses. Accessed via a high speed lift from ground level is the level 56 public observation deck.
